A woman is slapped by a whale while out whale watching in the ocean. Clearly the whale swung first but it's unclear who really started the altercation. Police are still investigating the situation and are searching for the suspect who is still at large! The victim had no comment but our sources tell us charges will be filed. Watch the video below.
