Some celebrities seem to have a negative reputation that they just can't shake. It seems the more they're in the news for something negative, the more people start to get sick of them. We asked random people at 7 different malls in southern California "Who is the most hated Celebrity of all time?". We got some pretty funny answers in the mix of the solid ones but we were able to put together a list of 15. Who do you think is the most hated celebrity of all time?
