Here's a disturbing video - A Fort Worth Texas officer was caught on video spraying mace into traffic on a group of bikers. The bikers don't appear to be doing anything wrong and even if they were, spraying mace wouldn't be step 1 in any protocol. The Fort Worth police department are investigating the incident.
