Justin Bieber's mugshot was released shortly after his arrest for DUI which cause a forest fire of articles regarding the boring details of him resisting arrest. 

How hard can it be to arrest someone when they're non-violently resisting arrest? Pretty funny stuff. 

Justin had a little too much too drink, he's out driving, he's underage, so apparently there's a problem with that. Go figure.
