7 FOODS SUPER FIT PEOPLE EAT MOST

Do you share the same eating habits?

The fitness community seems to be divided when it comes to effective strategies to getting the body you've always wanted. Some say you can eat whatever you'd like, as long as you burn it off. Others will tell you changing your eating habits will give you better results than going to the gym. Even though there's some people who firmly agree with both, the two sides outweigh the middle. 


We decided to stop some people who were obviously in the best shape of their lives to ask them what it is they eat the most exactly. We asked this question to random strangers coming out of gyms, grocery stores, and malls all over southern California. The answers might surprise you. Hopefully you can use these answers to draw the similarities in comparison to your own lifestyle. So what do you eat most of?


7. Fish

Salmon was a favorite.


6. Beans

Black was mentioned the most.



5. Peanut Butter

Bet you didn't see this one coming.


4. Rice

Both white and brown believe it or not.


3. Chicken

We're pretty sure it's not fried.


2. Eggs

Nobody said brown eggs. Boooo!


1. Fruit

Pineapple, Bananas and Strawberries were top answers.
